We get it - everything doesn't always work for everyone. Sometimes we find challenges as we get further into the weeds. Sometimes the market drives how we invest in technology.
However, if there is a technical reason for wanting to cancel the subscription, we would appreciate the opportunity to make it right. Is there an error? Please let us know. We have invested many hours in testing but occasionally we haven't identified an edge case. We'd want to fix that, for you, and everyone else. Is there is an enhancement that would make Voxel Link better suited to your workflow? We'd love to hear it. If there is enough demand for it, we'll get it on the development schedule. If none of those apply...
The subscription plan for Voxel Link is monthly. The primary account holder can log in to their profile from the Voxel Link home page, click on Plan on the left side bar and choose Cancel subscription. You can continue using VL until the end of the billing period but then your account is cancelled and VL will no longer run.
If something changes down the road, we can always reactivate the subscription.
