During the trial period, 100% of the features for Voxel Link (VL) are available. There is no cap on the number of first runs or updates, the number of or size of test models or the number of trial users. The primary contact for the account (the person who creates the account) has the ability to change subscription options and add/delete users via the Profile button on the Voxel Link home page during the Trial period (30 days). Each user that gets added during the trial period will be sent an email to create a password for their personal account. A valid email and password is required to authenticate with the Voxel Link add-in in Revit.

No credit card information is required to trial Voxel Link.

Any time before the trial expires (and after), the primary account holder can login and start the subscription by entering valid payment information. The subscription payment does not start until the end of the 30-day trial even if you subscribe before the trial period expires. If you choose not to subscribe, the trial simply expires and the add-in stops working.

A word of note... the number of users that were added during the trial period are what the subscription starts with by default. That may not be the actual configuration your company wants to start with. You may want to start with fewer licenses than those that explored VL during the trial period. There are two ways to resolve this:

  1. The primary account holder can go to their Profile on the home page and delete as many users as they need to. The account owner can not be deleted. That number of users will be used to start the subscription.
  2. You can contact support at [email protected] and specify the changes you need made. We will make the changes and notify the primary account user. He/she can then log in and activate the subscription with the adjusted number of users and payment information.
