Occassionally, particularly after a new install of recent versions of Revit, it's possible to see this error message pop up.

Starting with Revit 2022, Autodesk does not include the default families in the main Revit installer files. So it's possible to open Revit and try to import and Voxel Link complains the families aren't found. The default look up for structural families when Voxel Link is running is the default install location, typically:
C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 20??\Libraries\English-Imperial\US\... (or something close to this)
You can go to the Autodesk website and download the installed for the families. Once the families are installed, Voxel Link will run just fine.
This can also occur if your IT folks have your structural families in a common location on your server, not your local computer. If that is the case, please send us a message/change request to [email protected].
