Voxel Link tracks the following data from RAM:

  • Section size
    • All sections sizes from RAM are capitalized and converted to the equivalent Revit size. The shape names in RAM do NOT all match the family names in Revit. 
  • Camber
    • Read as numbers from RAM, converted and saved to Revit as text to nearest 1/8". By default, RAM rounds to the nearest 1/8"
  • Studs
    • Read from RAM and saved as text as a single number or a group of numbers separated by ' '. No start or end brackets are included, just the number of studs.
  • Reactions (ASD or LRFD based on user setting)
    • Read as numbers from RAM and saved to the specified Revit parameter as numbers, no units. Sheet notes or tag family settings should match the Voxel Lab settings.
  • Column rotations
    • Read from RAM and transposed to the Revit orientation
  • Sloping steel
    • Vertical offsets are read from RAM and converted to appropriate Start/End Level Offsets in Revit
